Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
2 c. zucchini, grated
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat together eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil until creamy.
Add zucchini.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda; add to zucchini mixture.
Stir in cinnamon.
Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
