Chocolate Chunk Babka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    4 to 4 3/4 c. flour
    4 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. chocolate chunks (6 oz.)
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    10 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 whole egg
Preparation
    Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water.
    Combine 4 cups of the flour, 1/2 cup sugar and salt.
    Cut 8 tablespoons of the butter into the flour.
    Combine the yeast mixture with the yolks and sour cream and beat into flour until dough is smooth and starts to come away from the sides of the bowl.
