Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 egg yolks
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 tsp. grated rind
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add beaten yolks, then boiling water, stirring as you pour.
    Cook and stir until thick.
    Cool before pouring into pie crust.
    Make meringue out of 3 egg whites and 5 tablespoons sugar.
    Cover pie with meringue and bake until brown.
