English Muffin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast or 1 RapidRise yeast
    6 c. unsifted flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. water
    cornmeal (optional)
Preparation
    Combine 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and soda.
    Heat liquids until very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Add to dry mixture; beat well.
    Add rest of flour to make stiff batter.
    Spoon into 2 pans, 8 1/2 x 4-inch, that have been greased and sprinkled with cornmeal.
    Cover; let rise for 45 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Remove from pans immediately and cool.
    To serve:
    Slice and toast.
