Crab Au Gratin(Or Convert To Crabmeat Quiche) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 chopped green onions
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
6 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1-1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. sherry or wine
2 or 3 cans crabmeat (6 oz., drained) or 1 lb. fresh lump
salt and pepper
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute green onions and parsley in butter until soft. Remove from heat and stir in flour, salt and pepper, gradually stir in milk. Stir over low heat until thickened. Remove from heat and add sherry, gently fold in crabmeat. Place in casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
