Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Stir in bananas.
Mix dry ingredients and add to banana mixture.
Pour into greased 9 x 5 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
