Seafoam Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes lime jello
    1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese
    2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. shredded raw carrot (optional)
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add carrots, cottage cheese and pineapple.
    Chill and serve.
    Yields about 8 servings.
