Oatmeal Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. packaged biscuit mix
1 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed (1 c.)
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Combine biscuit mix, oats and nuts; set aside.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time; stir in bananas and milk.
Add dry ingredients all at once, stirring until moistened.
Turn into greased 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes or until done.
Remove from pan; cool.
