Jello Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. white sugar
3/4 c. white corn syrup
3/4 c. water
dash of salt
2 egg whites, beat well
1 box strawberry or other flavor Jell-O

Preparation

Boil sugar, corn syrup, water and salt to 250\u00b0.
Beat egg whites well.
Add Jell-O and beat well.
Pour syrup slowly into egg white and Jell-O mixture.
Beat until stiff.
Spoon on wax paper.
