Sugar Coated Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 c. raw shelled peanuts

Preparation

Place all ingredients in iron skillet and cook on top of stove until liquid is absorbed in peanuts.
Pour onto buttered cookie sheet.
Salt real well.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Stir and salt again.
Cook 15 minutes longer.
Cool and store.
