Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
juice of 1 orange
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. baking powder
4 large apples, thinly sliced
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Lightly grease large angel food cake pan.
Beat until smooth first 8 ingredients.
Mix next 3 ingredients together in separate bowl.
Pour 1/2 batter in pan.
Place layer of apples over batter. Pour rest of batter in pan.
Put remaining apples on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Cool.
Remove from pan.
