Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 env. chicken noodle soup mix
    1/2 c. regular rice, uncooked
    2 c. boiling water
    1 lb. sausage
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
Preparation
    Combine soup mix and rice in a 1-3/4 quart shallow casserole dish.
    Add boiling water, stirring until soup mix is dissolved. Set aside.
    Combine sausage, celery, pepper and onion in skillet and cook until browned.
    Drain.
    Add meat mixture, pimento and water chestnuts to soup and stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
