Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans whole kernel corn
    3 or 4 green onions, include some tops
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 small jar pimento
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Boil last six ingredients together.
    Pour over corn.
    Put in refrigerator.
    Very good with vegetables.
