Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.
    Add sugar.
    Stir in cooled, melted butter.
    Add beaten egg.
    Stir in 2 cups flour and beat well.
    Add remaining flour.
    Keep dough in airtight bowl in refrigerator.
