Cauliflower Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. bread crumbs
3 eggs. separated
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
-
Cook and drain cauliflower.
Make white sauce with flour, milk and margarine. Cook until thick.
Add salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Set aside.
