Hamburg Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 frozen pie shell
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain excess grease and set ground beef aside.
    Mix together mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch.
    Add to ground beef and then add cheese and onion.
    Pour into uncooked pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 until top is brown and knife inserted in clean, approximately 1 hour.
