Miniature Open-Faced Reuben Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. deli corned beef
1 lb. Swiss cheese, cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch squares)
1 medium can sauerkraut
1 medium jar sandwich spread
2 loaves party rye (pumpernickel)
Preparation

Arrange bread slices on cookie sheets and toast under broiler. Remove from under broiler.
Place 1/2 strip corned beef on each slice.
Top with sauerkraut, cheese and sandwich spread (about 1 teaspoon). Return to broiler until cheese has started to melt. Remove and serve immediately.
