Wild Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wild rice
    1 c. long grain rice
    4 c. broccoli florets
    1 c. sliced olives
    2 c. sliced green onions
    2/3 c. tarragon vinegar
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    fresh ground pepper
    20 cherry tomato halves
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Rinse under cold water and drain.
    In large bowl, combine wild rice, long grain rice, broccoli, celery, olives and green onions.
    Combine vinegar, oil, garlic, salt and pepper for dressing.
    Pour dressing over rice mixture.
    Toss gently together.
    Cover and chill 6 hours or overnight.
    Before serving, add tomatoes.
    Toss gently.
    Makes 12 servings.
