Low-Fat Layered Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can nonfat vegetarian refried beans
    1 (8 oz.) carton nonfat sour cream, mixed with 1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. nonfat Cheddar cheese
    1 chopped tomato
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 small can chopped or sliced black olives
Preparation
