Sopaipilla(Mexican Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour, sifted
    1/4 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder (heaping)
    1 egg
    1 c. minus 1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Sift flour, salt and baking powder.
    Cut Crisco in flour with pastry blender.
    Add egg.
    Add water.
    Roll out and cut in triangles and deep fry.
    Serve with beans or honey.
