Cranberry Whipped Cream Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange slices
1 c. whipping cream or 2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add boiling water to make 1 cup. Dissolve jello in hot liquid.
Stir in cranberry sauce and orange peel. Chill until partially set.
Fold in orange slices and pineapple. Whip the cream and fold into fruit mixture.
Pour into mold. Chill until set.
Unmold. Garnish with grapes and cranberries dipped in egg white and rolled in lime or raspberry gelatin.
