Barbecue Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork roast (I prefer Boston butt)
    1 bottle thick and spicy barbecue sauce with honey
Preparation
    Boil roast until very tender (approximately 3 to 4 hours). Add water to cover roast as it boils down.
    When roast is tender, let water boil almost out.
    Cool roast, tear it off the bone and remove fatty parts.
