Orange Bowl Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. scalded milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. orange juice
3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
1 c. granulated or brown sugar
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Soften yeast in warm water.
Combine in bowl 1/4 cup sugar, the butter, salt and milk.
Cool to lukewarm.
Stir in eggs, orange juice and yeast.
Gradually add flour to form a stiff dough; knead on floured surface until smooth.
Place in greased bowl, turning to grease all sides.
Cover; let rise in warm place until double, about 1 hour.
