Old Fashion Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups raisins
    2 cups water
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. corn starch
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 9 inch pie crusts
Preparation
    Combine raisins and water.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Blend sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon.
    Add to raisins and cook, stirring until clear.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in vinegar and margarine.
    Cool slightly.
    Put into pastry lined pie pan.
    Cover with top pastry or lattice strips.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
