Jiffy Onion Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. any grated cheese
2 Tbsp. poppy or sesame seed
Preparation

Saute the onion in the oil.
Combine milk and beaten egg in small bowl.
Blend Bisquick into milk and egg mixture.
Add onion and Cheddar cheese.
Spread with other cheese and seed.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
Serve warm; cut into wedges.
