Black-Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15.8 oz.) can Bush black-eyed peas
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 c. chopped dill pickles
2 tsp. chopped pimento
chopped celery (optional)
chopped green pepper (optional)
1 tsp. mustard
2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
garlic salt
black pepper
1 tsp. dry Italian seasoning
Preparation

In bowl mix mustard, mayonnaise, sugar, garlic salt, black pepper and dry Italian seasoning.
Add onion, dill pickles and pimento.
Mix and add can of peas.
Mix all together and let set for a few hours in refrigerator.
Can also add chopped ham.
