Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cake flour
    7/8 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. egg whites
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Measure and sift together first 2 ingredients three times. Measure the rest of the ingredients, except sugar, in a large bowl.
    Beat until foamy.
    Gradually add 3/4 cup sugar, a little at a time.
    Beat until stiff.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 on bottom rack of oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
