Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    3 2/3 c. canned chicken broth
    1 c. water
    3 c. small cauliflowerets
    1 egg yolk
    3 Tbsp. heavy cream
    snipped parsley
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, melt butter or margarine.
    Blend in flour and nutmeg.
    Slowly stir in chicken broth and water.
    Then bring to a boil, while stirring.
    Now add cauliflowerets, then simmer soup, covered, about 25 minutes or until cauliflowerets are tender.
