Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. salad dressing
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (buttermilk)
    2 to 4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 to 3/4 c. of each: fresh cauliflower, fresh broccoli, onion, grated carrots, celery, green pepper, cucumber and mushrooms (if desired), finely chopped
Preparation
    Flatten crescent rolls on a cookie sheet.
    Press edges together.
    Bake according to the directions on package.
    Cool.
