Heart And Healthy Stir-Fry(Serve Over Hot Cooked Rice.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean beef, cut in small cubes
1/2 lb. broccoli
1 medium onion, cut in small pieces
1/2 lb. carrots, cut in small pieces
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch and sugar.
Heat 1/2 of oil in skillet; add vegetables and stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or a little longer.
Remove vegetables to another bowl.
Add rest of oil and meat, not more than 1/3 at a time.
Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until meat is done.
Add soy mixture and cook until thick and clear.
Add vegetables and garlic powder until heated. Serve over cooked rice.
