Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Sift together dry ingredients. Combine with zucchini mixture.
    Add raisins and nuts.
    Makes 2 loaves and 4 small ones. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Grease and flour pans.
