Ham And Spinach Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. cornbread stuffing mix
1 c. sour cream
12 thin slices boiled ham
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook and drain spinach.
Add stuffing and sour cream.
Spread on ham slices; roll up and place seam side down in shallow baking dish.
Melt butter; stir in flour and add milk.
Cook and stir slowly until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Add Cheddar.
Remove from heat and stir until cheese is melted.
Pour over ham. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes. May be made ahead and frozen.
