Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups diced chicken
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
3/4 cups Hellmann mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cups crushed potato chips
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 tsp. Cayenne
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except eggs, mayonnaise, water and potato chips.
Mix water with mayonnaise and add to first mixture. Gently fold in eggs and top with potato chips.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly, about 15 to 20 minutes.
