Parmesan French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes (unpeeled)
    1 tsp. dried Italian herb seasoning
    1 Tbsp. olive oil or salad oil
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
    Mix seasoning, olive oil and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
    Cut potatoes in strips; don't peel.
    Toss with oil and Parmesan mixture.
    Mixture will be dry.
    Spread on nonstick or lightly greased baking pan in a single layer.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown, tossing after 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with salt to taste.
    Makes 4 servings.
