Chicken Chimichangas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded, cooked chicken
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. canned, diced green chilies
1/4 c. chunky salsa
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. diced avocado
8 flour tortillas, warmed
corn oil
Preparation

In small bowl, combine chicken, cheese, onions, chilies, salsa and garlic salt.
Carefully fold in avocado.
Divide mixture evenly among tortillas.
Carefully fold in sides of tortillas, making sure to enclose all of the filling.
Secure on ends with wooden toothpicks.
Deep fat fry at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve hot with sour cream and salsa.
Makes 8 servings.
