Chili-Rice Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium green peppers
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 (15 oz.) can chili
    2 c. cooked rice
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Remove seed from peppers; steam about 10 minutes.
    Cook onion in oil until tender and combine with chili and rice.
    Fill peppers with mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
    Place in baking dish with water in bottom.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
