Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. roasting chicken, cooked, cooled and cut into pieces
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced, peeled apples
    lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 c. seedless grapes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. light cream
    1/3 c. shredded almonds
Preparation
    Add celery, apples (sprinkled with lemon juice), onion and grapes to the cooked chicken pieces.
    Blend the curry powder, mayonnaise and light cream.
    Add almonds.
    Mix all of this with chicken mixture.
    Chill.
    Serves 6 in tomato cups.
