Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. black walnuts
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Sift flour with salt and soda.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Add walnuts and apples; mix well.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Test to see if done by pressing finger on top of cake and if it springs back, it is done.
