Dipping Batter For Tempura - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.
    Can be prepared ahead and kept in the refrigerator.
    If batter thickens, add 1 tablespoon milk.
    Dip sliced vegetables or cooked chicken, shrimp, or beef into batter.
    Fry in oil heated to 375\u00b0.
