Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 ripe bananas
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. sour milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream shortening; add sugar, then add eggs.
    Mush bananas and add to mixture.
    Stir 1 teaspoon baking soda into sour milk and then add to mixture.
    Then add flour and nuts.
    Stir well.
    Pour into greased loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 2 loaves.
