Popover Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
    1 3/4 c. water
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef; pour off the fat.
    Add the spaghetti sauce mix, water and tomato paste.
    Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Keep hot in 400\u00b0 oven.
