Chicken Croquettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. minced chicken
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. parsley, very fine
1 c. cream sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion juice
Preparation

Mix ingredients
in
order and set aside to cool.
When cool and firm, shape into croquettes and dip in beaten egg and cracker crumbs,
then
egg
and
crumbs.
Fry in deep fat to a golden brown.
Serves 6.
