Low-Fat Onion Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. skim milk
2 c. 1% low-fat cottage cheese, drained
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation

Mix skim milk and cottage cheese in blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, approximately 3 minutes.
Stir in onion soup mix.
Chill one hour.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
Makes 2 cups.
