Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken wings
    seasoning salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Creole seasoning
Preparation
    Wash chicken in cold water and salt and pepper each piece. Mix Creole, flour, bread crumbs and seasoning salt in a plastic Ziploc bag.
    Add a few wings at a time and shake the bag to coat evenly.
    Place on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes, turning once at 20 to 25 minutes.
