Carne Asada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. meat, cut in small cubes
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic or 1 tsp. garlic salt
    pinch oregano
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. chili petines or any hot green peppers, ground
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 can Rotel
Preparation
    Season meat with salt and pepper; dredge in flour. Cook in small amount of grease; add chopped onion and cook slightly. Drain meat and onion. Add seasonings; stir and cook a short amount of time. Add Rotel and small amount of water. Serve hot.
