Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 (12 oz.) can Mexicorn or Niblets, drained
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. corn bread mix
    minced onions
Preparation
    In large casserole dish, beat eggs; add corn and mix.
    Add other ingredients except cheese.
    Grate cheese on top.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
