Zucchini Yellow Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash or 2 medium squash
    1/4 chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook sliced squash and onion in boiling water, slightly salted, 4 minutes.
    Squash must be a little crisp; drain.
    Combine chicken soup and sour cream; stir in carrots, squash, onion and salt to taste.
    Combine stuffing mix with butter; spread half in baking dish.
    Spoon in vegetable mixture.
    Sprinkle on rest of stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 6.
