Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken legs or 1 stewing chicken
    1 stalk celery
    2 to 3 carrots
    3 to 4 potatoes
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    water (to cover chicken)
    3/4 to 1 bag bow noodles
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Simmer chicken in water for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until tender and broth is flavorful.
    Chill broth and skim fat from top if possible.
    Remove chicken from bones and cut up in bite sized pieces.
    Set aside in refrigerator.
