Breaded Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 to 4 Tbsp. water
    6 pork chops (about 1 1/2 lb.)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except pork chops and water.
    Place the chops in a pan 9 or 10-inches in diameter.
    On top of each chop, place some of the bread mixture.
    If chops are to be baked for 3 hours at 275\u00b0 then put 2 tablespoons of water in pan.
    If chops are to be baked for 4 to 5 hours at 250\u00b0, then put 4 tablespoons of water in pan.
    Cover and bake.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 6.
