Blender Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    2 c. potatoes, diced
Preparation
    Break eggs in blender and blend until light.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Blend until potatoes are dissolved (no lumps).
    Use a greased pancake pan and pour like you would for pancakes.
    Serve with butter and sour cream.
